We are just in the process of installing and commissioning our new Scania SG1 13 Litre gas engine. Once fully operational it will be used to generate 200kw per hour of electric from landfill gas. The average mid-terraced house uses 2800kw a year - we can produce 4800kw in a 24 hour period. We will then be putting it back into the National Grid. Renewable & green energy at it's best.
